Students participating in the IDS degree program have the opportunity to pursue individually planned programs of study across multiple disciplines that will prepare them for graduate or professional school or career.  Students’ degree programs integrate three distinct areas of study in addition to methodological framing courses. As one of UCF’s largest degree programs, IDS collaborates with UCF’s colleges to offer more than 1,400 majors (Fall 2016). IDS offers a B.A. or B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies, B.S. in Environmental Studies, and B.A. IDS Transnational Gender, Race, and Sexuality Studies track. The program also offers minors in Environmental Studies, World Comparative Studies, and Leadership Studies. It also oversees certificate programs in Leadership Studies, Cultural Tourism, Service-Learning, and Geographic Information Systems. Learn more
