Is there an application deadline?
You should submit an HIE Stipend Program request form at least 60 days before the start of the experience.
Do I need to obtain CUGS faculty approval?
Yes. Only CUGS faculty members can approve your stipend request.
If my application is turned down, can I reapply for the same HIE?
No. All application decisions are final.
Is there a limit as to how many stipend awards I can receive?
Yes. Students are limited to one stipend award per academic year.
What if the stipend doesn't cover the total cost of participating in a HIE?
You are responsible for costs beyond the stipend award amount.
