Phone System Update

We are experiencing some technical difficulties with the phone system at the advising/academic success coach office.
If you need to speak to an academic success coach, you are encouraged to visit the advising/academic success coach office in person or email the office at cugsids@ucf.edu.

CDL has always provided some limited support service during the university’s winter break. This service consists of several hours a day of email monitoring and responding on all days except actual holidays (e.g., Christmas and New Year’s Day). Phone service is not available. At this point, we intend to maintain this existing level of Webcourses email support during the Winter Intersession.
