Lisa Peterson, QEP Faculty Fellow, featured by WeVideo

Lisa Peterson, associate instructor and a Graduate Scholar at the University of Central Florida’s School of Visual Arts & Design Film program, has been featured by digital video software company WeVideo for the remarkable, integrative-learning experiences she provides her students using digital storytelling.

Ms. Peterson has worked with the What’s Next to provide workshops on Digital Storytelling to UCF faculty, most recently with a Spring 2018 cohort of eight faculty from the UCF Social Work program. She also joined What’s Next as a faculty fellow in Fall 2017. She also has led the Practice Your Elevator Pitch workshop series for the Knights of Distinction program, a two-day workshop that helps students to refine their elevator pitch and film it professionally for their ePortfolios.

She has worked professionally as an associate producer, line producer, production supervisor, and production manager. Her credits include Fantasia 2000 (Disney), National Lampoon’s Favorite Deadly Sins (Showtime), Hotel Room (HBO), Major League (Paramount), Nightmare on Elm Street and Tremors (Universal).
